Do you do custom work for clients or businesses?
A: On a case by case basis, please hit us up on our Contact Page with as much infos as possible regarding your request. We will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.
Is there any way to support your project without making a purchase?
A: Yes definetly! By sharing our funding campaigns, articles, music release and playlists, or any sphere that you love about our project :-) Thank you for your interest on our Studio website, much love.
Do you have a store?
A: We don't have a physical store at the moment but we do ephemeral shop a few times a year in Montreal! They take form as exhibitions or events where you can purchase our goods and meet us.
I have not received my order confirmation.
A: Chek out your junk mail list most of the time it’s in there. If not, write to us via our facebook page and we’ll figure this out.
I would like to know my size on an item I want to purchase.
A: Our products are true to size but please refer to our Size Guide available in the detail page of the product if you want to make sure that it fits to your preference!
An item is Sold out, will there be a restock?
A: Unfortunetly our products are all Limited Editions, we make and certify a number of pieces for every drop, once they are sold they are not reproduced. Thus, increasing the rareness and value of the items that have been purchased by our customers.
How long does standard shipping take?
A: (Standard Shipping takes 3-7 business days). Our package are sent in 1-4 Business Days. Once shipped, you should receive your tracking number via email and your package should arrive in the next few days if you live in Canada - United States 4 -10 Business days - Europe: 10 -14 Business days.
Are you open to collaborations?
A: We are! If you are an artist, business or creator with an art project or idea that you would love to share with us, simply head to our CONTACT page and introduce yourself, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
I have received my item(s) and would like to exchange for a different size or get a refund.
A: we accept returns on items that have not been worn and are in perfect condition with original tags. We will accept returns in the 14 days once you receive your order. We don’t cover the return shipping fees of your package and are not responsible if the package is lost on your behalf. Once we have received your return and confirmed that its clean, we will refund the value of your product and you will then only need to place a new order with your correct size.
